Become a Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher
50 Hour Accredited CPD Training
This 50-hour accredited CPD training is designed for qualified yoga teachers who want to support women through pregnancy, birth & postnatal recovery with clarity, confidence & care.
It is also open to trainees currently working towards their Level 3 Diploma or 200-hour qualification.
You will learn how to teach pregnant students safely within regular classes, adapt yoga to support changing bodies, and understand what sits within your role as a teacher, and what does not.
This is not about following a fixed method. It is about developing sound judgement, strong foundations, and the ability to respond to real women in real situations.
You do not need personal experience of pregnancy or birth. You do need empathy, curiosity, and the ability to teach yoga to bodies that may feel very different from your own.
The training combines live learning, practical application, and structured independent study, including required reading, observation, coursework, and teaching reflection.
Throughout the course, you will have the option to book 1-to-1 progress meetings on Zoom. The group environment is supportive, grounded, and non-judgemental.
The aim is simple, to develop safe, capable teachers who can offer intelligent, inclusive yoga, and build a sustainable pregnancy and postnatal offering.
