This is a 50-hour training Yoga Alliance Professionals UK accredited Yoga Teacher Training, combining in-depth guided learning with structured independent study.

Assessment & Coursework
This training includes structured coursework designed to ensure you can apply what you learn confidently and safely.
You will be required to:
- Plan a 4-week pregnancy yoga course
- Plan one postnatal class
- Complete two required book readings (one prenatal, one postnatal)
- Submit two short written reflections (approx. 500 words each)
- Carry out a postnatal case study
- Observe two pregnancy or postnatal classes
- Deliver a short teaching practice session with self-reflection
- Submit a portfolio of class plans and reflections
The course includes two required core texts, one focused on pregnancy and one on postnatal recovery, forming part of the assessed learning. All coursework is practical, relevant, and directly linked to real teaching.
